Upgraded HDDs, need to move OS

I'm trying to make an old server run just a little longer.

Please don't laugh ... I'm upgrading 4.3GB HDD to 9.1GB and I want to move the OS to the new HDD. I would like some reference or steps to make this happen.

Same box... I would look into ghosting the system. Norton/Symantec GHOST.
