Upgrade to PRI

What software level do I need to install a PRI. I have a MICS w/ 2.0 and a NAM 4 w/ 2.2.0. There is also a standalone Chinphony II, but I don't know the software version.

4.0 was the first release of MICS that allowed PRI trunking. the VM would have to be upgraded to a compatable level.

if its a t1 your software is fine if its a t1 with pri as jerry said 4.0 is start last release of 4.1 cleared most pri issues 5.0 works fine vm is going to have to go to 4.0 with i believe 32 for ram"64 is better" 2 gig harddrive and cintech is at 3.60.0027 ..call your vendor cintechs upgrade is only available to maintance customers and only thru nextiraone and sbc
