Upgrade to FR3 ?

Does anyone have any good documentation on FR2 vs. FR3? I'm looking for justification to upgrade from FR2 to FR3 and would like some good material. Thanks.

Ehrm, its a free upgrade with Subs Advantage, why you are looking for justification ?

Its government work. Anytime anything changes, COTS, OS's, etc. etc., all has to be justified.

Universal printer client is good if you are using client printers.
