upgrade to 2002 OL

one of the machine at work is having outlook 2000. he is using the intermail mail option and has lots of problem with it.
i need to upgrade his office products to 2002. the problem is he doesnt have any CD's for his machine.
is there any way that i can upgrade the same, as before when i did that microsoft asked me for the CD's along with the license key.
