Upgrade the Avaya OS from 8.4 to 8.10

This is primarily for installers. When loading the system, install the service pack first then install the OS upgrade from 8.4 to 8.10, then install the SSP. Once you install an SSP you cannot upgrade the OS. If you do not install the OS upgrade, you will eventually be re-installing. Although it is optional, consider it mandatory (especially for JITC).

I have asked for updated OVAs with 8.10 but no feedback yet on if that will happen. It only makes sense.
