If anyone expected to upgrade an option 51 to 61C side by side CPUs you have to get attention to XSM port.
You will receive a ribbon cable to connect the both CPUs columns ref NT8D46AS (the same one as on Option 81C)
First remove the existing cable that connects the backplane, the xsm port and the bottom card in the pedestal and KEEP IT !!ref NT8D46AG.
Install the new cable large ribbon from the bottom card inside the pedestal to the module 0 and 1 to the backplane column 0 and 1. The small ribbon is the connection between the to columns.
Reused the old cable and replace it for the connection between module 0 and module 1 in column 0. The large ribbon is the connection between the module 0 and 1. The small ribbon is the connection for XSM port.
In the NTPs it's not explained in upgrade procedures but only in new installation procedures and there is reference fault number of the cable.
