Upgrade NT4 server French version to 2000 server English version

Hi,

Is it possible to upgrade from one language version to another?. The server is installed originaly with french and now I would like to upgrade it with english ver.

I have english version of win2000 server and unable to upgrade it. Do I need to reinstall?
