Upgrade MGC Loadware

hello sir,
i downloaded MGC loadware from ESPL site what is the way to upload. should i had to copy to CF of call server or from my laptop what are the commands.

its much easier via element manager....you have to first delete the old loadware files than upload the new loadware files and then install them..
