Upgrade Ipldk 300 1

Hy guys

I have just one question. Can you upload the same back -up made with ldk admin (lower version MPB) after you upgrade to higher version ??

I need to make an update for integrating Aspire Optimus (call center software) with Ipdk 300 office and i don`t want to reprogram all the setting .I was jus wondering if its possible, if not ...i will need to reprogram.

It is possible to take a back-up of the entered customer data. Then upgrade to a higher software release - that the hardware can support. Hereafter reinstall the customer data.
So, it will work.

You will just upgrade from e.g. ver. 3.0 to 3.9 with the customer data kept in the LDK.
Then you go to PGM 452 afterwards and upgrade all steps form 3.0 to 3.1 -> 3.2 -> 3.3 etc. up to 3.9.
