Upgrade Gone bad!!!!!

I had a tech who didn't follow upgrade instructions and went from 2.X to the latest release.

Sadly, I was standing right there and didn't register what was going on...

It is now stuck in a loop of rebooting.

How do we fix this...

To add to the description this is an IP Office 406v2

I'd still have a whinge at Avaya. We have a so called Upgrade Wizard that displays the type of system, the current software level and the proposed upgrade level - that lets you go ahead with an unpgrade that will wreck the system - not exactly wizard.

Well...I did know better. That's what I get for not paying attention.

Their wizard must be the Ron Weasley of wizards....
