What is needed to upgrade G3siV9 (R009i.05.1.122.4) to CM 2.x(2.1 if it's possible)? Where can I find documentation for this upgrade?

you need to speak to Avaya or your dealer regarding this. The relevant Documentation should come with the upgrade kit.
