Upgrade from 8i to 9i

Can anybody point me to some documents that detail specific "heads ups" when planning/performing an upgrade of an Oracle 8i database to Oracle 9i?

I searched on Oracle's technology network and most of the stuff I found was info on how and why I should contact Oracle Consulting services to perform this task for me.

I'm not sure where on the technology network site you are looking, but the Products section has a pdf file listing the new features of 9.x which should give you some ideas about whether to upgrade..

Most of the information on that site does not
refer to Oracle Consulting services at all..

My point was that most of the relevant information I found on the site while performing searches on 'Upgrade to 9i' seemed to lead me to tools and consulting services.

The choice of whether I will be upgrading or not has already been made and that was why I was looking for documents or information on any things I should be aware of that will cause a hiccup when attempting this upgrade.
