Upgrade from 4.5 to 5.0

I'm contemplating upgrading my DataCenter 4.5 to 5.0. Does anyone have any warnings or testimonials about performing the upgrade? All comments welcome.

Just make sure you have a recent backup of your Master/Media servers and Catalog.

I have done this 10 times and have ran into no issues.
