Upgrade Exchange 5.5 on NT4 to Win2k?

Hi, how easy is it to upgrade our Exchange 5.5 server which is running on Windows NT4 on an NT4 Domain to a Windows 2000 operating system? I've read somewhere a while back that there are a few things to watch out for.

Thanks, but what if it's the same server that we need to upgrade to win2k from nt4?

Are you planning on upgrading the OS on an existing server? If so, why? Keep in mind that you cannot run Exchange 5.5 on a Win2k server that is running Active Directory.

Yes you can fuego, but with Active Directory Connector.
