I have an existing 2000 DC, an NT4 BDC, and a 2000 member server running exchange 2000 in my network. I have a new server that i am going to install Win2003 onto and exchange 2003. I want to remove the Windows 2000 member server and exchange 2000 from the network at the end when the upgrade is complete.
My plan is to upgrade the NT4 to windows 2000.
Then install the new server onto the network with windows 2003 as a member server.
I then want to install Exchange 2003 onto the 2003 server and use the migration tools to move all data from the exchange 2000 machine onto the 2003.
Could anyone give me any tips or suggestions on how I should approach this please.
