upgrade dialogue box

Hi,All
Recently upgrade control unit Rls 11.0.0.0 to Rls 11.0.4.3,

However I did not see the upgrade dialogue box that reflects the loading of files.

Questions
1.Has anyone uncounted this ?
2.Alternatively is this upgrade dialogue box being block, by Manager or File Writer (Laptop) ?

You may want to upload the system files just for peace of mind. I know I would.
