My company is thinking of upgrading from v5.1 to v5.5, Would there be any issues over length of fields that have been changed on the helpdesk form
I have been told that we cannot increase the length of a field, as this will cause problems when we upgrade cos the field will revert to the default length, and all data will be truncated
