upgrade basic cc to enhanced cc

ironhorse, I understand that I have 10 now with basic. I was just wondering when I add the enhanced code would I get 10 more? I've upgraded these before but never really paid attention because the customer was not adding any additional Agents. But here they want a total of 15 so I was not sure if the enhanced would give me a total of 20 or if I should get additinal Agent codes?
