Upgading to 6.1, any concerns to consider?

We are currently running 5.9, but are about to upgrade to 6.1. Anyone aware of any major obstacles? Agents include SQL, Exchange, and DM for Exchange.

Best to wait until SP2 which is being released soon, before upgrading SQL clients

also check any exchange clients (Mailbox backups)
When I upgraded my commserve to 6.1 all AutoDiscovery was disabled for all mailboxes.

I had a real bad time (Still having it...) with SQL 64bit cluster upgrades.

For the most part, Windows File system upgrades went fine (Novell also)
