Netware 4.11 doesn't "push" things, it is just a really good file server for the day.
SUS is for MS products only.
If you really want to make this easy, get the latest Netware or SLES, buy Zenworks 7, and use the Patch management server which will not only update Windows but almost everything else on your machines.

it's ok - it's free and new version out soon
the easiest way for the clients to pick it up is to use a gpo through zen for the keys
but as it's netware 4.11 server - i assume you aint using zen - you can modify the registry via login script or that to pick up the updates
if you aint a big site a pc can do it - it just needs msde or such like
