Updating to 11.1 from 9

Hi all,

I'm trying to update my Brightstor Arcserve backup from version 9 to version 11.1 SP1. I update version 9 to version 11.0 without problem. When I try to update version 11.0 to version 11.1 don't appear any product selected on the "Select Products to update" window and I can't select them manually. Perhaps is not possible to updatear from version 9 to the 11.1? Can anyone help me?

Are you using Windows? The Getting Started Guide says you can only update the client and database agents from 9.0 to 11.1. You have to uninstall the 9.0 base product and install 11.1.
