I want to update a subform contaning a lot of text fields from a table, I want to update these fields when i clik on a row in a TABLE(whtvh is a querry) that is also in a subform

These subforms is in a Generalform, witch contains a subform in where the to subforms are.

I assume that the subform is related to the main from in either a 1 to 1 or 1 to many relationship.

If you set the link child fields to the unique key that links the tables then when you move to a new record in the main (master) form, the sub form will update and show any related records.

No - they are not related, because they are the same the table are a lot of instances where the text fields under it are the details for the specific record
Ex.
The table shows 5 records and when I select one the text fields should show the rest of the thinks in the record
