I just brought up a WSUS server in test and it seems to work OK for Windows updates.

We have Dell machines with OEM copies of Office XP and Office 2003 installed. How can I get WSUS to also download and install Office updates? There is no baseline or administrative install for Office right now. Do I need to create one and point the PCs at it (can you even do this with OEM Office)? Or is there a way to just have the WSUS server download all office updates and each PC checks its own copy for updates?

You can enable WSUS to update Office XP and 2003 it will then download all updates to the server, the client agents will then scan the local PC and decide which updates are required.
You will find the settings to make WSUS download Office updates in the syncronise options.

You know what Jack Burton always says at a time like this...

Thanks, I must have missed it when going through the settings.
