Updating a Microsoft Access Database in a server

Hi,

how can I update my database every 15 minutes if my db is in a remote server. I have no idea how to do this...Besides this I would like to update just one table!

Does anybody can help me on this one?

Access '97 and 2000 have replication capability. Look in Help there are lots of topics.
