Updated Data Providers Not Providing Updated Report Data

I work in Business Objects v6.5.1 with a pre-existing report which utilizes two data providers (personnel names and site locations): When I update the data providers, the report data does not change. There should be a substantial change in the totals as the data providers added had activity this month. Is there something that I am missing?

You're working with a very stable version.

If your actually running the query and the data isn't changing, then there could be conditions in the query that limit the data. Or, there could be filters in the report that are causing the display not to change.

Have you looked at the data viewer (in the client) to see if the data you are looking for is being retrieved?

Otherwise, your universe may be pointing to the wrong database.
