On one of our stand alone servers I got a warning of:

Description: Update to catalog file Catalog index database failed.
Reason: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__CatMedia__68487DD7'. Cannot insert dupl
Cat_RecordSet::Reopen()d:\be\tybee\4367r\becat\server\dll\..\catmedia.cpp(753)

Everything backs up fine but I would like to make sure the catalog holds its integrity just in case. This has just started a couple of days ago.

Thanks

Hi,
Not entirely sure whats causing this but I can expain what its saying.
The database of catalogs is an SQL database by the looks of it.
It looks like the catalogs are numbered or labeled. These numbers or lables are primary keys in the database and as such cant be duplicated or else the catalog name wont be accepted. Whats happening here seems to be that there are catalog names which already in the database being reused and as such the database wont accept them. Try naming the catalogs something brand new.
Let me know if this sounds plausable.
