Is there a way to run multilpe update queries in one step, instead of running each query individually?

Easiest way in my view is to write all your separate queries, then either write a macro or VBA function (preferred, in my book) to run all your queries.

This way, your one step is just to run the macro or call the function.

How do i execute a query from a macro in Access?

Also, whether you choose to use a macro or VBA, consider using SetWarnings if you don't want to have to keep clicking "OK" to run the queries.

How would you go about using setwarnings if i use the macro to run the queries?
