Update one table form other table value 1

I'm just beginner need little help
I have 2 tables. I need to update 5 fields in table 1 from 5 field in table two.
where table 1 field name "ReqID" should match with table two field name "ReqID"


any help will be great

UPDATE Table1 INNER JOIN Table2 ON Table1.ReqID = Table2.ReqID
SET Table1.Field1 = Table2.Field1, Table1.Field2 = Table2.Field2, ....
