Update Enabler

Help Please

We have in our wisdom upgraded to 7.3, only to find that we ned an update enabler, licencing is closed and we are unable to get the enabler code.

Does anyone please have the update enabler code so that I can at least get my backup server up and running, I can get it authorised once the code is in.

I have a list of 45 day evaluation enabler codes, which version of Networker are you using, Windows Power Edition, Network Edition, Unix Power Edition, Unix Network Edition.

I emailed licensing@emc.com the last code sheet (pdf) of authoerization codes, informed them we are upgrading from 7.2 to 7.3. They emailed me back a new pdf which included the License code for "Update License", which shows up as "Upgrade to 7.3" within Networker.

There is only one code for all versions world wide.

sorry, I meant that licensing will send you back the authorization code for the particular host. The license code itself is 150397-d1e144-54605f
