If all the cells are values...
First, enter your increase (12.5%) as 1.125 in a blank cell
Copy it to the clipboard
Highlight the column you want to change
Edit > Paste Special
Select Multiply
Click OK
Then format the cells as needed (2 decimals, etc.)
