All our users have a group calendar in Outlook to see availability of resources (meeting rooms), but this information last a lot of time to get updated.
I've setup all resources to update information of availability every 5 minutes, but anyway, users sometimes see information updated 10 minutes after a resource is boooked, but sometimes they must wait 2 or 3 hours to see it updated. Is there any way to do it faster?
