I have a UPAM that I am trying to use to work with a Bogen Paging System and I am getting a fast busy when I try to go through a line port on the IP500, and a slow busy when I try to go through a station port. I made the voltage 24 and 48, other then putting the phone system on the input t/r, and the paging system on the t/r theres really nothing else to configure except those switches which are correct...something on the phone system I might be missing? *80 is the paging shortcode, Dial, and line group of Line ID, for station= dial paging, and ext. number.

Call Forwarding or DND turned on? Try *00 on the port or thru the Manager.

All that is correct, however under the telephony tab I do see the offhook station checkbox, should that be checked or not checked?

when using a trunk dial page wont work. change to just dial

I never had much luck with a UPAM on an IP Office. It is always the 600 ohm thing that leads to a fast busy.

I now use the Valcom 200 or 2001 for my installations.
