unwanted horizontal scrollbar

When I place an iframe in a page, in IE it displays with a horizontal scroll bar - regardless of the size of the page its displaying. I've tried setting to page within the iframe to fixed pixel sizes, and also different sizes on the iframe, but no matter what I do there's always a pointless horizontal scroll bar always the same size.

I've even tried zeroing out the page margins - everything!!!

This doesn't happen in Forefox.

Any ideas anyone?
