unwanted font and view change

Hi Guys,

I've got a word document that works ok on word 97 but when we run in on word 2003 an odd thing happends.
The document has a mailmerge in it (controlled by VBA) which when it finishs swaps the view mode (from print view) and the font which makes it look weird and too big. The font thing is the most anoying, it's on the the last page has a load of T&C which should fit on one page in 2 columns. the font is trebuchet MS but when the mailmerge finishes it goes to Arial 6 pt.
Can't for the life of me see why.

The usual reason for this behaviour is the underlying style is sifferent on th two versions. Check what style is used o the last page for T&Cs and see if that is where the problem is occuring. If it is, just change the default in W2k3.
