Hello,
I'm having a strange problem here which occured suddenly without any reason.
5 people are connected to an exchange SBS with their outlooks. And everybody can see each others mailbox. All the available mailboxes are in the folder list and user only need to expand a folder go to the agenda to check someone else's agenda. Now here's the problem. When person A checks the agenda of person B there is automaticly a NEW TASKFOLDER created in person B his mailbox. After a few moments you have a whole list of taskfolders
Mailbox - Username
Calendar
Contacts
Deleted items
Drafts
Inbox
Journal
Notes
Outbox
Sent Items
Tasks
Tasks1
Tasks2
Tasks3
Tasks4
Tasks5
Tasks6
Tasks7
......
And every time ANOTHER user looks into the agenda of person A a new tasks folder is created. If person B looks into the agenda of person C, D whatever this behaviour occurs too! thus very annoying
There are no rule defined or whatsoever
Does anyone have any idea how to stop this ?
Thanks in advance
