unused fields in ipv4 header

Could anyone point me in the right direction as to what fields are unused in the current ipv4 header,

A quick google search reveals the following:

I don't believe that there are any unused IPv4 header fields. There are however, up to 40 bytes of options. I can't speak to what a network device will do if non-standard values are used in this field though.
