unrelated redback sms 500 question

hi i know theres no group for redback but hoping someone can help me.

Im having and issue where pppoe sessions will not automatically unbound themselves.

Preventing customers from login back in until I manually clear it using, Clear circuit pppoe cir.id.

anyone know how i can I get around this.

I am guessing your isp gives you a dynamic public ip? If so, doing a static may solve your problem.
