Unregistered Phone: Forward calls to Hunt Group

We have a number of users who use IP Communicator. Is it possible to forward their calls to a group number when they aren't in, and therefore the phone isn't registered with CM.

Use the Call Forward Busy setting of their line to CFWD to another number. If the Phone is not registered, it shows as Busy to CCM.

I believe that this feature is coming in CCM 4.2. It's called "Call Forward on Non-registered" or something like that.

firstly, pndscm: I tried this but they always went to VM. I'll double check this!

jneiberger: this feature is indeed coming in 4.2. I just wondered if there was a more difficult method that I could deploy until/if we upgrade.

I'll run this in my Lab and see what happens. I was sure an unregistered phone showed busy and should follow the CFB setting. But it may have been something in an earlier version that was changed.
