unpopulate subform does not output to report

Hi

I have a main form (client info) with 2 subforms linked to different tables (appt date with fees) and (dog type and inst) . When I enter info into the client info and appt date but not in the dog type it does not appear in my report. If I enter dog type with the client info and appt date it outputs correctly to the report.

More specifics, a little more detail - not exactly sure what's going on. 2 subforms and you're trying to EDIT all three together. If you haven't solved this problem post back some more detail and we'll check it out.

If I understand you correctly and if your report is running from a query that links the 3 tables together, what you need to do is set the link between the main table (the client table) and the sub table (dog info table) so the it will list all records from the client table even if there is no related record in the dog info table.
