Unobtainable when Dialling out

Hi,

I am getting unobtainable when I press 9 to get an outside line. I cant even complete dialling the number
I am suspecting the problem is within the following 2 lines

FindActiveARSByGroupID GroupID=0 - Not Found
DIAL LINE: 6 GROUP = 0 SUCCESS = 00000000

What is the dial line? Is it the line number?

I am suspecting the problem is within the following 2 lines

FindActiveARSByGroupID GroupID=0 - Not Found
DIAL LINE: 6 GROUP = 0 SUCCESS = 00000000

What is the dial line 6 mean?

I stopped the trace when I disconnected the call after getting a busy tone and Unobtainable on the phone.

On SSA, I can see that the error is No Free Channels were available on the outgoing group ID
 
Line 6 is the pysical line in Manager.
Should your shortcode not end with a semicolon?

Let me explain what I have got. I have got only 1 line, it's an E1 30 channels-all licensed. It is line 1 and I have used line group 1 for both incoming and outgoing line groups. I have no line 6 connected on the phone manager.

All calls both incoming and outgoing should go out through the PRI and that should be Dial line 1. Here is the new trace and yes you are right about the 9N; slight oversight on my part

Give all lines except your PRI a different outgoing linegroup number if you haven't done yet.
Make a trace only ISDN enabled, and on the call field only ARS and shortcodes enabled.
That makes more sense as what you have now.
