Unnassigned Extensions 3

Hallo!
From our Voice provider we have extensions range 3000-5999. Not all of them are in use. If somebody rings f.e. 4012, which is not programmed, but is in our ext range, the call goes to our attendant. What would be the best soulution to make it so, that in such a case the caller would listen to the announcement that the number Does Not Exist?
