unloading a form

Well my application does not unload compleately
I have created a button for unloading the form
using unload me this does not work the form disappears but it is still running at the background.

if any one know please answer me

Perhaps you have an object/reference which haven't release yet.
To release object:
[COLOR=/blue]
Set object = Nothing
[/color]
