Unknown mother board config.

I have a mother board that I am trying to identify the config for. The only markings are "51W REV: 1". It is a socket 7 board and I wish to use it for Linux as a router.

Any body know what this could be.

Starting point is a fcc registration number and a search of fcc.gov to match the registration number with a manufacturer.
