Unknown Media Management Error 16

Hello all,
I'm running Backupexec for Netware and when I try to verify what media is inserted into the tape machine I'm getting the above error.

Thoughts?

Have you run an inventory on the new tape? If you don't run an inventory on new tapes, you will get similar messages in Windows.
