I am getting this Event Viewer message and am having a hard time tracking down its true meaning on the web:

Application popup: Windows - Hard Disk Error : While accessing the hard disk, a disk operation failed even after retries.


When I look at all my RAID configurations, they all show green. I don't seem to be having any other problems, but what I want to know is what exactly is the server trying to do and I would also like to know does this mean my HDDs are ready to fail?

The only new change to the server was installing SAV 10.2, but I have since uninstalled that antivirus program yet the problem of the Application Popup still exists.

Yeah, its not listed on that website. I am not sure what to do to fix it because it should not be popping up at all.

All the websites that I find give me a list of error codes with no more explaination than the event view message I already have.
