Unknown Error when deleting email

We had a Group sheild error caused by a corrupt dat file. It would strip off non infected email and forwarded a warning about the email being infected.
We have correct the problem with the Group sheild but we Can NOT delete these warning emails for the usere mail boxes.

Does anyone have an Idea on how to delelte these email.
These mailboxes are NOT on PST or OST files.
