Universes disabled..whats wrong???

Hi,

I am on BO 5.16.Currently we are having a production problem.The problem is the Universes have become disabled for all the users except the General Supervisor.
I am unable to enable the Universes from the Supervisor module for any of the users even after clicking on the enable button.Is there any way to reset this or fix this...I need to know this ASAP...any help very much appreciated

I would check the repository tables (NOT SUPPORTED BY B.O. CAUTION YOU CAN DAMAGE YOUR APPLICATION) to see if it's updating the universe status in table OBJ_M_RESLINK field M_RES_N_STATUS = 1 (enabled) for field M_RES_N_RESTYPE = 2 (universe) and M_RES_N_ACTLINKID which identifies the different users. Stick to your guns
