Hi,

I have changed my universe, because there is a problem with outer join (a object said: ORA-01417 you can outer join with this table only one time).

Now I changed my universe, I inserted new tables and joins(new onjects),
but when I use the new objects for an report, I don't have one request.

In the SQL-Editor (BOE) I can't change the sql, and the editor shows me on the left side:
syncronisation- select 1, -select 2.

It doesn't produce only one SQL-REQUEST, why ?

Info: Oh yes, when I check the context, BO shows me the new tables as isolated joins, is that a reason for the problem ?

Plese help ,

thank you

tina

If you use contexts within a universe EVERY table/view must be member of a least 1 context.
So, in your case it is quite possible that BO splits the dataprovider cause you have not rebuild your universe properly...

(I have made this mistake quite often when adapting complex universes and forgetting to modify contexts)

Please recall that there are cases where you really want a split set. This is in case you want multiple SQL for each measure
