Universal groups are stored in the Global Catalog. But why can you use the MOVETREE command to move universal groups between domains??. The Global Catalog is the same in all domains... or?

The thing is just that the Universal Group is stored in the domain and is replicated also in the Global Catalog.
So, is not stored just in Global Catalog.
Global catalog just helps to make that group Universal, as you know it can contain any kind of group or accounts.

Oki. So If I create a Universal Group in a domain and later I completly remove the domain, will the Universal group be removed from the Global Catalog on all the other domains and there domain controlls?

Yes. Global Catalog is not an independent database. You can see it better as a query applied to the multitude of kind of databases involved in an AD.
