Hi there,
We have an SV8100 phone system that a previous networking engineer set up. He's no longer associated with the company, and he left without leaving password documentation.
Previously, he gave me what appears to be a "dummy" admin account, one where I can only change names on phones and set up phone codes. I do not have access to Account Management, WebPro settings and am locked out of pretty much everything.
Is there a non-destructive way to reset the master password? If so, how would I go about doing that? I have physical access to the hardware, if required.
